Pattern waxes-162, KW-218, AB103, 1132 are virgin, non-filled pattern waxes for industrial investment casting, which have excellent dimensional stability. With our pattern wax, patterns can accurately be produced within stringent tolerances. The results are consistent for the various pattern shape and sizes. Our products are suitable for aircraft castings, commercial hardware, pipes, valves, fittings of sewing machine, impellers, thin-walled parts, auto parts and golf club, etc.

Features:

EXCELLENT DIMENSIONAL STABILITY – Our pattern wax has superior dimensional stability because linear shrinkage and cavitations (dishing) are minimal.

HIGH STRENGTH - Patterns of Our pattern wax will maintain their shape even at elevated ambient temperatures. The patterns will not distort during the dip and dry cycles.

LOW ASH CONTENT - The ash content is low in order to minimize residue in the finished mold.

HIGH PRODUCTION RATE - With our pattern wax, reproduces fine details accurately and has a smooth surface finish.

GOOD MOLD RELEASE - Mold release is fast and easy.

Applications:

Typical applications of our pattern wax include parts for aircraft castings, commercial hardware, pipes, valves, fittings of sewing machine, impellers, thin-walled parts, auto parts and golf club, etc, where stringent tolerances are required. Because of its low shrinkage and excellent cavitations characteristics, our pattern wax is also being used as a replacement for filled waxes, thus eliminating the shortcomings inherent to them.
